Trail description

A 6.1 km valley walk between Zermatt and Tasch in the Mattertal, with about 170 m of height difference between about 1,440 m and 1,610 m. Tasch lies about 5 km north of Zermatt, directly below the 4,490 m Taschhorn. The Mattertal holds many of the highest peaks in the Alps, including Monte Rosa, the Dom and the Weisshorn.
