Trail description

A 4.4 km climb of about 420 m from Zermatt past the Gorner gorge entrance and the hamlets of Blatten and Zum See to Furi and on toward the Riffelberg trail. Zermatt, with about 5,800 people, lies at the head of the Mattertal. The Swiss Federal Statistical Office counts it as a town.
