Trail description

A 7.8 km climb of about 1,220 m from La Correrie near the Grande Chartreuse monastery to the Grand Som at 2,026 m. The route passes the monastery and climbs pastures to the summit, which looks down onto the monastery and across the Chartreuse. About a quarter of the line follows small roads near the start.
