Trail description
A 6 km climb of about 590 m from the Col de Porte through forest and the alpine pastures of the Chartreuse to the summit of the Charmant Som at 1,867 m. The top drops steeply towards the Gorges du Guiers Mort and looks across to the Grande Chartreuse monastery. The upper part shares the short path from the car park below the summit.
