Trail description
From the free car park below Sharpitor on the Yelverton to Princetown road, the walk climbs over Sharpitor and drops across open moor to Leather Tor above Burrator. Leather Tor appears as Lodertorre in 1317, its slopes hold Bronze Age hut circles, cairns and a stone row, and with Sheepstor and Down Tor it forms what Robert Burnard called the Great Triangle.
