Trail description

A 4.6 km climb from the Fräkmüntegg cable car station (1,415 m) above Kriens to Pilatus Kulm, with about 840 m of ascent. The path is steep and rocky in the upper part. Cable cars and the cogwheel railway run down from Pilatus Kulm. A few steep spots have fixed chains, and metal stairs lead through the Chriesiloch rock cleft.
