Trail description

A flat 5.4 km promenade along Lake Geneva from Villeneuve past Chillon Castle to Montreux. Chillon, a medieval island castle, stands on the narrow shore between the two towns at the entrance to the Rhône valley. Villeneuve lies at the eastern end of the lake in the district of Aigle.
