Trail description

A flat 3 km promenade along Lake Geneva between Chillon Castle and the town of Montreux. The medieval island castle stands on the narrow shore between Montreux and Villeneuve, south of Veytaux, guarding the way into the Rhône valley. Montreux lies at the foot of the Alps on the shore of the lake.
