Trail description

A 7 km climb of about 1,100 m from Griesalp at the head of the Kiental past the Bundalp to the Gspaltenhornhütte at 2,455 m. The hut sits on a rock spur below the Gspaltenhorn and the Blüemlisalp, looking onto the Gamchi glacier. Griesalp is reached by the steepest postbus road in Europe.
