A 9.3 km stage of the Walker's Haute Route from the Moiry dam over the Col de Sorebois at about 2,840 m and down past the Sorebois lift station to Zinal, with about 600 m of climbing and a long descent. Parts near the col are rated T3 (demanding mountain hiking).
