Strytinden

Trail description

Strytinden (413 m) rises at the outer end of the ridge between Veidmannsfjorden and Grunnfarnes in southern Senja. From the end of the road towards Kalfarnes a clear path follows the shore west for about a kilometre before the steady climb up the ridge, with a few short steep pitches and a scree near the top, about 2.5 km one way. The summit looks across Andfjorden to Andøya and is a popular evening and early spring hike.
