Trail description
A short walk of about 0.7 km through Ouchi-juku, a preserved Edo-era post town of thatched houses along the old Aizu road in Fukushima. The unpaved street runs between rows of traditional inns past the fire lookout tower and the townscape museum, then climbs steps by the little temples to the viewpoint over the rooftops. It is atmospheric and magical under snow.
