Trail description

From Mizugaki Sanso the trail climbs through forest past the Fujimidaira hut and the huge split boulder Momotaro-iwa to the granite spires of Mount Mizugaki (2,230 m), one of Japan's 100 famous mountains. The upper part is steep, with ladders and chains on the rocks.
