Trail description
A 3.9 km walk with about 400 m of climbing from Thumel at the end of the road in the Val di Rhêmes to the Rifugio Benevolo at 2,285 m. The hut stands in a wide pasture basin below the Granta Parei, on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park. Marmots and ibex are often seen.
