Trail description

A 5.5 km climb of about 870 m to the Lac du Crozet in the Belledonne range, rising from about 1,140 m to nearly 2,000 m. The lake was used by Aristide Berges, pioneer of hydroelectric power, in experiments to supply the paper mills of the Gresivaudan valley. Its original name, Lac Crozet, comes from a local word for hollow.
