Trail description
Starting from the village car park in Wetton, this short walk follows Thor's Lane across limestone pasture and then a permissive path to Thor's Cave, high above the Manifold Valley. The cave mouth is a natural arch about 7.5 metres wide and 10 metres high, set roughly 80 metres above the valley floor, and excavations have found burials, stone tools and Roman period finds inside.
