Seat Sandal from Grasmere

Trail description

From the A591 about 1 km north of Grasmere village the walk follows the track up the Tongue Gill valley for about 1.3 km, then a path climbs the long south west ridge of Seat Sandal to its summit (737 m). About 9 km out and back with about 650 m of climbing.
