Trail description
From the car park at Llyn Cwm Bychan the path climbs through woods to the Roman Steps, a long stairway of stone slabs up to Bwlch Tyddiad, then turns south over rough heather and boulders to the summit of Rhinog Fawr. The ground beyond the steps is rough and the path faint in places.
