Trail description

The walk begins at the Poppit Sands car park at the mouth of the River Teifi, near the northern end of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, and climbs the lane past the youth hostel onto the cliffs. It reaches Cemaes Head, a nature reserve whose cliffs, at over 175 m, are the highest in Pembrokeshire, with dramatically folded rocks and some of the best dolphin and porpoise watching on this coast.
