Trail description
Starting from the Caerfai beach car park, whose purple sandstone cliffs supplied stone for St Davids Cathedral, this section passes St Non's Chapel and holy well, by tradition the birthplace of St David, and the little harbour of Porth Clais. It then rounds the peninsula above Ramsey Sound and the Bitches tidal rapids to St Justinian's, with its chapel, well and lifeboat station.
