Trail description
From the free car park beside Wilmington Priory, a path runs south across the fields to the foot of the Long Man of Wilmington and climbs the steep flank of Windover Hill to the South Downs Way on its summit. The 72 metre figure, first recorded in a survey drawing of 1710, is one of only two major human hill figures in England and is now outlined in white painted blocks.
