Trail description
Wainwright's circuit of Claife Heights leaves Far Sawrey and passes Moss Eccles Tarn and Wise Een Tarn before climbing through forest to the high point above the west shore of Windermere. It returns down through the woods to the lake shore before heading back to Far Sawrey. Claife Heights reaches 270 m and, with 177 m of prominence, qualifies as a Marilyn.
