Trail Description
Blencathra is one of the great northern Lakeland fells with a distinctive saddleback profile above Keswick. The walker's route via Scales Fell and Doddick Fell climbs steep grassy ridges to the airy summit, avoiding the scramble of Sharp Edge. Superb views over the northern fells.
