Trail description

A 10 km traverse of the eastern Churfirsten on the signed Churfirsten-Weg, from the Sellamatt chairlift station over the Hinterrugg (2,306 m) and the Chäserrugg (2,262 m) to the Gamsalp, with about 1,050 m of climbing. About a quarter of it is a demanding mountain path (T3), and the Churfirsten are karst with deep holes in the rock, so stay on the path and go in good weather. There is a restaurant on the Chäserrugg.
