Trail description

A 16 km Via Alpina stage from Kandersteg over the Bunderchrinde, a 2,385 m gap in the ridge, to Adelboden, with about 1,320 m of climbing. The first and last kilometres run through the two villages; the rest is on mountain paths and alp tracks. It is a long day with a steep climb to the gap.
