Trail description

A steep 4.1 km climb of about 1,160 m from the Puente de Cregüeña in the Ésera valley to the Ibón de Cregüeña at 2,639 m, the second largest lake of the Pyrenees, below the Maladeta. The path climbs relentlessly over granite slabs and boulders beside the stream. It is in the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park; carry warm clothes at this altitude.
