Trail description

A striking ascent of Veľký Rozsutec, the pyramid-shaped landmark of the Malá Fatra. The trail climbs from Štefanová through meadows and forest to the Medzirozsutce saddle and up rocky steps to the 1,610 m summit, about 5.9 km with 950 m of climbing. The top gives a superb panorama over the Vrátna valley; the summit paths are closed from March to mid-June.
