Trail description

From Starý dvor in the lower Vrátna valley the path climbs to the Sokolie ridge and along it to its top (1,173 m) above the lower Vrátna valley. It is 3 km and about 540 m of climbing one way. Walk back the same way. Brown bears live in these mountains: make some noise in the forest and keep food packed away.
