Trail description

From the Demänovská jaskyňa Slobody cave car park the path climbs west over Bohuš and Havrany to Sedlo Sinej and up to Siná (1,560 m), a summit above the Liptov basin. It is 6.6 km and about 830 m of climbing one way. The stretch from Havrany to Sedlo Sinej is closed from 1 October to 30 June. Brown bears live in these mountains: make some noise in the forest and keep food packed away.
