Hoven Gimsøya

Trail description

Hoven (367 m) is a small, isolated mountain rising from the flat moorland of Gimsøya in Lofoten. The path starts at the parking area by the Lofoten Links golf course and crosses the bog before a steady climb on a good path to the summit, about 2 km and one hour one way, with a few steeper, rocky sections. It is a popular evening hike for the midnight sun.
