Trail description

A 1.5 km climb of about 200 m to the top of Mount Wakakusa, the 342 m grassy hill east of Nara Park, also called Mount Mikasa. The hill is closed from 12 December to 17 March. On the fourth Saturday of January its dead grass is burned in the Yamayaki festival.
