Trail description

Takamizusan, 759 m, rises in Ome in western Tokyo and is one of the three Takamizu peaks with Iwatakeishi and Sogaku, a popular hike close to the city. This route climbs from the Ikusabata side to the summit, where the Jofukuin temple stands. Its Fudo hall was rebuilt in 1822, and an old lion dance is performed there on the second Sunday of April.
