Trail description

A 3.2 km loop with about 180 m of climbing from the Nagaodaira junction on Mount Mitake down to Nanayo Falls, through the Rock Garden and past Ayahiro Falls. The Rock Garden is a narrow wooded valley with a stream and moss covered stones. Nanayo Falls drops in seven tiers, and the thin, 10 m Ayahiro Falls is a sacred Shinto place.
