Mount Taika Shunan

Trail description

Taikazan, 362 m, rises on the Oshima peninsula at the southern tip of Shunan, Yamaguchi, in Setonaikai National Park. This route climbs from the west to the summit, a popular local hike. The top looks west over Tokuyama Bay and Otsushima and east over Kasado Bay and Kasado island. Monuments to the poet Yosano Tekkan and former prime minister Sato Eisaku stand on the summit.
