Trail description

Gosasozan, 682 m, rises in Hiroshima city on the border of Higashi and Aki wards. This route climbs from the Mikumarikyo forest park side on the southeast over Fujigamaruyama to the summit. Red pine woodland covers the mountain, with suzutake bamboo that is rare in Hiroshima. Several explanations for its unusual name are recorded.
