Trail description

Mito Otaki is a 30 m waterfall on the eastern slope of Mount Mito in Hinohara, the highest waterfall in the Akigawa river system. This walk follows the footpaths of the Tokyo Metropolitan Hinohara Tomin no Mori forest from the Sengen-one parking area down to the Takimi bridge in front of the falls. The waterfall is also known as Minbu no Taki.
