Trail description
A three-stage circuit around the Mont Fallère from Étroubles in the Great Saint Bernard valley, about 34 km with more than 2,000 m of ascent. The usual night stops are the Rifugio Chaligne after the first stage and the Rifugio Mont Fallère after the second; the third stage crosses the Col Fenêtre and the Col de Vertosan (about 2,700 m) back to Étroubles. Book the huts ahead in summer.
