Trail description
A 2.7 km walk from the Little St Bernard Pass area to Lago Verney at 2,088 m, one of the largest natural lakes in the Aosta Valley, with about 140 m of climbing. The lake covers about 20 hectares and changes from green to blue; a path around its shore takes about half an hour, and higher lakes are about 40 minutes further on. It can also be reached by car from La Thuile.
