Trail description

Stage 14, the last of the Alta Via 2 of the Aosta Valley, from Crest (1,170 m) over the Colle Pousseuil (2,110 m) and down to Donnas (330 m) in the main valley. A long day with a climb and then a descent of almost 1,800 m, with steep, rough T3 sections that are hard on the knees.
