Trail description

Stage 4 of the Alta Via 1 of the Aosta Valley, from the Rifugio Barma (2,060 m) over the Colle Marmontana and the Colle della Vecchia to Niel (1,550 m) above Gaby in the Valle di Gressoney. Some sections are steep and rough (T3), so this is a long day for sure-footed walkers.
