Trail description

A 3.8 km walk with about 150 m of climbing from Ramsau along the Ramsauer Ache through the Zauberwald, a forest of mossy boulders left by an old rockfall, to the Hintersee below the Reiter Alpe. The lake is one of the most painted in the Bavarian Alps. The route is easy and shady.
