A steep climb from Nonn above Bad Reichenhall up the Chiemgau Alps to the 1,771 m Hochstaufen, with the Reichenhaller Haus hut just below the top and views over the Salzburg basin. About 13.4 km out and back with some 1,270 m of climbing; the upper path is rocky.
