Trail description
A 4.1 km walk with about 340 m of climbing from the car park at the Plan d'Amont dam above Aussois up the valley to the Refuge du Fond d'Aussois at 2,324 m. The refuge sits in a wide pasture basin below the Dent Parrachée, in the Vanoise National Park. Marmots and ibex are common along the way.
