Trail description

A 6.3 km climb of about 750 m from the Refuge de la Monta up the Guil valley past L'Échalp and the Chalet de la Médille to the Lac Égorgéou at about 2,390 m, in the Queyras. The lake lies on the GR58 at the foot of the Taillante ridge. The Lac Baricle and Lac Foréant lie close by.
