Trail description
A 3.5 km walk with about 290 m of climbing from Les Bruyères near Les Menuires up the Torrent du Lou past its refuge to the Lac du Lou. The lake lies below Val Thorens in Les Belleville, crossed by the Torrent du Lou. The refuge stands at 2,045 m near its outlet.
