Trail description

A pilgrims' climb from the road end above Aksay village, about 70 km southwest of Samarkand, up 1303 steps to the cave of Hazrati Dovud at about 1250 m. Benches line the way and older visitors can ride donkeys or horses; a small mosque stands at the top.
