Trail description

A scenic hike from Humber Park up the Devils Slide Trail over Saddle Junction to the historic fire lookout atop Tahquitz Peak. The trail climbs through cool forest before traversing an open ridge with panoramic views. The staffed lookout tower crowns a rocky summit high above Idyllwild. A San Jacinto Wilderness day permit is needed.
