Marys Rock from Thornton Gap

Trail description

A climb in Shenandoah National Park from the Panorama parking area at Thornton Gap on the Appalachian Trail to the rocky summit of Marys Rock (3,514 ft / 1,071 m), with wide views over the Shenandoah Valley. About 5.6 km out and back with some 350 m of climbing. A park entrance fee is charged.
