Trail description

A 3.2 km climb on the Goodnow Mountain Trail to the summit of Goodnow Mountain (2,664 ft / 812 m) in the Adirondacks. The 60 ft (18 m) fire tower on top was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1922, closed after 1979 and is now open to the public.
