Trail description

A walk in Minnewaska State Park Preserve from Lake Minnewaska on the carriage roads and the Gertrude's Nose Trail to the open cliff edge of Gertrude's Nose on the Shawangunk Ridge, with views over the Wallkill Valley. About 9.9 km out and back with some 230 m of climbing. A parking fee is charged at the preserve.
